Minecraft has sold over 100 million copies worldwide. Playing Minecraft with others is a lot of fun, especially when you’re constructing, adventuring, and surviving together. Multiplayer Minecraft adds a whole new level of fun to the game, and hundreds of people play it every day, even after it’s been out for several years.
Minecraft is a fantastic game to play solo, with friends on a LAN, or in multiplayer. It has surprising depth and endlessly engaging for a game that appears to be on the surface. Those who prefer not to play Minecraft alone in their world will appreciate the possibility on Minecraft servers.
Minecraft Servers for Social Play
We had a fantastic time playtesting these Minecraft servers because they are all fun for different reasons.
Hypixel (IP: hypixel.net): has been popular for a long time and for a good reason. There are several mini-games to choose from, like Blitz Survival Games, Mega Walls, and Murder Mystery.
UniverseMC (mcc.universemc.us) includes a Factions mode that will keep you coming back day after day. It’s very addictive. KitPVP is also an excellent way to practice sword combat.
Snapcraft (IP: mc.snapcraft.net) We squandered a little too much time in Snapcraft’s Prison mode. If climbing the prison ranks isn’t your cup of tea, try your hand at their Parkour.
RealismTown (IP: play.realismtownmc.com): is a place where you may get away from it all. A straightforward survival server with custom plugins, a thriving economy, and good players.
Join Minecraft Multiplayer
Most Java gamers use public servers to connect with others. Servers are free to join, and you may find them using one of the many server-listing websites available.
- Copy the IP address of the server you’d like to join. In your Minecraft client, go to the Multiplayer screen. Select Add Server or Direct Connection from the drop-down menu. In the box labeled Server Address, paste the IP address.
- If you chose Add Server in step 3, give the server a name and click Done, then double-click or select the server and pick Join Server from your list. Click Join Server if you selected Direct Connection.
Play Minecraft with your pals!
While your options are limited compared to Java Edition users, there are public servers where you can play Minecraft with your buddies in Bedrock Edition.
- Start Minecraft Bedrock Edition, go to the Servers tab, and click Play. You can select from a selection of Featured Servers with a large player base and game modes such as Skywars, Build Battle, and others. By clicking Add Server, you can easily add another server. Enter the name, IP address, and port of the server. To bookmark this server, click Save.
You’re ready to go! In Bedrock Edition, you can play multiplayer Minecraft and create memories with it.
